0. Order placement

To place an order, select the product and service codes from the product and service directory or search for products and services and put them in the shopping cart. Fill in the details of the order, such as the payment method, shipping method, shipping and invoicing address, if needed, and any notes/comments you may have on order fulfilment. After the placement of the order, you will receive an automated email message detailing the details of your order. After processing the order and the collection of products takes place the final confirmation of availability. During the progress of the order, you will receive a series of automated emails, describing the progress of the order until it is completed. In the event of any pending issue during the execution of the order, you will receive a corresponding email message. Alternatively, we will contact you by phone.

1. Order change or cancellation

If the order has been completed but not yet shipped, you can contact our Partner Service Department and ask to cancel or change the order. If the order has been shipped or has begun its shipment, that has left the OpenShop Foundation warehouse, contact our Partner Service Department for information on the available options.

If, upon ordering, we find that the ordered goods or services are no longer available, without our own fault or if they have not been delivered by the manufacturer, without our own fault, or due to force majeure or unforeseen obstacles it is not possible to execute the order we immediately inform the buyer about the unavailability and consider, together with the buyer, the possibility of supply of goods or services of equivalent quality and price of services. If the buyer rejects the equivalent offer or is not interested in an equivalent offer, it has the right to withdraw from the contract. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, payments already received by us will be refunded to the buyer immediately.

2. Payment methods

You can pay the order by any of the following payment methods:

Payment by credit card: Pay the order through the secure environment of Viva Wallet. You will be prompted to enter the name of the holder and the card number, the three-digit CVV number printed on the back of the card as well as the expiration date. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club and American Express, regardless of the issuing bank.

Pay by bank deposit/wire transfer : Pay the order in one of the following bank accounts:

Payment by cash: According to the applicable tax rules, only orders that do not exceed EUR 500 before VAT can be paid in cash.

3. Estimated order execution time

Delivery time depends on the availability of products and the chosen payment method. Orders placed on weekdays, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, until 13:00 and on condition that the products are available and all financial obligations have been settled, are usually delivered on the next business day in the city of Athens and within two business days in most central areas. In the islands, in remote areas and most European locations, orders are delivered within three to five business days. Exceptions are products that are expected and/or are available on request, for which there is separate delivery information. The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure, which may affect delivery times. There is the possibility of partial shipment of individual products in one order.
