0. Estimated order execution time
Delivery time depends on the availability of products and the chosen payment method. Orders placed on weekdays, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, until 13:00 and on condition that the products are available and all financial obligations have been settled, are usually delivered on the next business day in the city of Athens and within two business days in most central areas. In the islands, in remote areas and most European locations, orders are delivered within three to five business days. Exceptions are products that are expected and/or are available on request, for which there is separate delivery information. The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure, which may affect delivery times. There is the possibility of partial shipment of individual products in one order.
1. Shipping methods
The goods can be shipped in the following three ways:
Delivery via shipping selection by OpenShop: The shipping is assigned to cooperating transport companies. The customer requests a quote on the cost of shipping through the order form and is promptly informed of the shipping cost via e-mail. If the customer accepts the shipping cost, they can complete their order through the order form. The goods are delivered on the ground floor of the recipient's shipping address without obligation to carry upstairs, and the recipient is obliged to collect them to that place and to bring them to their destination by its own means.
By my own shipping: For shipment of the order with the customer's shipping option, the customer selects "By my own shipping" through the order form. When the customer completes the order, it is informed by email about the days and hours where the customer's shipping company may collect the order.
Pick up in-store: In order to collect the order from the physical store, the customer selects “Pick up in-store” through the order form. Upon completion of the order, the customer will be notified by email about the days and hours she/he may collect the order. To receive goods from the physical store requires a prior order.
2. Return due to incorrect product delivery
If the product we shipped to you is different from what you ordered, you may return it free of charge within ten (10) business days of its delivery to you. In this case, the product can be returned only if it is in its original state and with the original packaging complete and intact. Returns for these cases are at our own expense, provided that you have contacted our Partner Service Department in order to ship the correct product to you.
3. Return due to a defective claim
If you would like to return a product you purchased because you think it is defective, please contact our Partner Service Department to inform us and receive all the necessary information. If a product has been declared defective by you, our company expressly reserves the right to have the product previously diagnosed as defective by the competent technicians. If competent technicians do not diagnose a defect, there may be diagnostic charges. You will be informed in advance about possible charges when contacting our Partner Service Department. Shipments to and from the Partner Service Department are at your own expense.
